Terms and Conditions

  • Willow Cottages is available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival
  • The premises are to be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure, we will endeavour to accommodate your personal needs if we can.
  • Willow Cottage is No Smoking
  • Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
  • We have friendly family dogs which can not be locked up at all times.
  • Your booking will only be secured on receipt of the following deposit:
    • Weekend (all year around) £50.00
    • Off peak season (October-March) - 1 week £100.00 - 2 weeks £200.00
    • High season (April-September & Public and Bank Holidays) - 1 week £150.00 - 2 weeks £300.00
      (euro prices on request)
 

To book please complete the online enquiry form, send us an email to include the dates your require or call us.

We ask our guests to please telephone or email your expected arrival time a few days before hand to enable us to ensure someone is available to meet you with the keys.

Please note that at this time we do not have facilities to pay via credit or debit card.

For our UK visitors:
Deposits can be paid by (crossed) cheque, payable to Gail Faulkner and sent to: 60 Kilcarn Road, Killinchy, Newtownards, Co. Down, BT23 6SE

For our overseas visitors:
The safest way to make payments is by a £ Sterling Bankers’ Draft made payable to Gail Faulkner and sent to: 60 Kilcarn Road, Killinchy, Newtownards, Co. Down, BT23 6SE Northern Ireland

Any cost incurred by the recipients with their bank will be charged to the guest(s)

  • On receipt of your deposit we will issue a deposit/booking confirmation, which will detail the dates of your holiday and the total cost for the period of your stay at Willow Cottage.
  • The number of persons stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded without the prior agreement. <
  • Guests are responsible for the cottage during the period of hire, the clean condition of the property, all utensils and equipment at the end of the hire and for taking all reasonable care of the cottage and its contents.
  • Prices include all reasonable heating and electricity charges, bed linen, towels and fuel for the wood burning stove. There will also be a supply of basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, etc.
  • A cot and high chair are available on request.
  • The owners reserve the right to enter the Cottage at any time for maintenance purposes etc.
